The purpose of PremYoga is that we can experience the Divine healing power (Heilstrom, as described in Chapter Prem) in our own body. In the form of cures, or even spontaneous cure, (i.e. complete healing in a very short time) Sometimes it takes longer, but the healing power will act - if we let him act!
1. The shape of the satellite dish in this example corresponds to our body posture while we receive the healing current. In order to absorb this healing stream, the person seeking help sits with his hands open, palms upward. His arms and legs are not crossed, for this blocks the free flow of the healing stream. This position activates the pineal gland in the center of the human brain, because in a open posture, the left and right halves of the body are mainly connected, in the center of the brain. Right there where the pineal gland is itself. If we cross over our legs or arms or if we touch our fingers nervously (playing), we creating a short circuit that breaks down this orgone field. With the simple stretch of our fingers and by touching the index finger and thumb, we can solve the our encrusted thought patterns in us. At the same time we harmonize the daily stress and mental and physical fatigue and we are awake and alert ...
The pineal gland, the third eye is in terms of its function and the other two parts of eyes very similar. The pineal gland is very light sensitive and moves just like the other two eyes move also. Interestingly, it sometimes moves in exactly the same way, as our eyes move in the same moment. While the pineal gland is mainly responsible for producing melatonin (the hormone that our sleep-wake rhythm control), researchers now believe that it is used for thousands of years, for a higher power. The French philosopher Descartes said: "I think therefore I am. " He also said that the pineal gland the seat of the soul, the link between the spiritual and the physical, and accordingly, between matter and spirit.
2. The size of the satellite dish corresponds to the confidence, conviction and determination in the process. This is established by the right association and the success stories. (Shraddha - there is separate chapter on this subject).
The basis of psychological adjustment is the paradigm of worldview.
A Thai Buddhist once said on the question what for love: "The cats love the cats, the dogs love the dogs and the people love people, and in truth there is in the spiritual level no love at all!"
The way out of duality in the direction of "All is One!" is the basic paradigm (world view) of modern esotericism, and it is often more or less sentimental circumscribed without going into depth.
We, the spiritual souls are simultaneously one with the impersonal aspect of the Absolute, but we are individual, ie, we are quantitatively different from its personal aspect, since loving exchange needs individuals. God and the souls (or even in the souls). In Sanskrit this is called acintya-bheda-abheda-tattva, the truth of the simultaneous one and diversity one (of the energyparticle from the power source - in quantum physics, one wonders about this paradox, it is a wave or a particle?).
The three Gunas, to which Mahatma Gandhi's daily inspiration the Bhagavad Gita, has dedicated three chapters, is the remedy for the regime of relativism, the ill world-view of the impersonal, materialistic-monistic approach, which says that the good is only a equivalent antithesis of the bad. Because God is good, beauty, truth and light that dispels the darkness. Once we understand the natural and timeless scale of the ethics, we will see it all around us. We feel greater inner satisfaction the more we incorporate the principles of this ethical guideline into our daily lives.
Love is sattvic and maintains relationships. In Raja-Guna love is transformed into lust and generates relationships (eg partner, children) and Tama-Guna love is transformed in hatred, aggression and conflict and it destroys relationships.
It is not so easy to get the exact meaning of the three Gunas across because there is no English word which suitably matches the Sanskrit term. A whole sequence of words is therefore needed to provide a suitable translation and accurate understanding (which is
interestingly, in Western culture almost completely unknown).
And very important:
As a sailing ship cruises up against adverse winds, we are only up to a certain extent influenced by Gunas, because in the human form of life, with our karmic radius of freedom, we can weaken its influence and even more - we have power over these winds and can force and steer them with our will (see the next chapter).
Healings (both psychological and physical) are now based on the influence exerted by the sattvic forces (healing power) to the embodied beings. This influence is greater than most people are aware, because they can not recognize these sattvic forces in their daily lives, because they are mixed to the untrained eye with the lower Gunas.
In ancient Sanskrit literature is Sattva-Guna (the characteristics of God and thus the divine healing power) represented by Guna-Avatar Vishnu, Tama-Guna (the destruction of our ignorance) by Guna-Avatar Shiva and Raja-Guna (the creative passion) is under the control of Guna-Avatar Brahma.
Sattva is the higher power which is the fundament of life and it can heal us ... It has been given many names: life force, vital energy ("Vis vitalis"), Prana, Chi, Sakti, Divine healing power (Heilstrom) ...
The material duality is the oscillation between Raja Guna (creation) and Tama-guna (destruction), since the material world is nothing else but a duality of coming and passing away. Above that is pure Sattva, the eternal transcendental good.
Horizontally is the duality of God and the living entities. Sattva is under the control of the Guna-avatar Vishnu. He is in the Hindu philosophy, the preserver of all universes and as the Supersoul (Para-Atma), the source of knowledge (instinct) for all living things. When he exhales, then all the universes are created and if he breathes in, then they all disappear again. He is the sustainer of these cycles. He is the origin of all other avatars like all the many Shivas and Brahmas in all the universes.
Brahma, the creator does not create the universe, but only the interior in his universe. Brahma, the Guna-avatar for Raja is known in ancient Indian literature as a mortal living being (Jiva-Tattva). In other words: Brahma is one of us. Brahma dies, when Shiva destroys the universe (ie the interior).
Vishnu is the one that is commonly referred to as God or God the Father and his characteristics is Sattva in its pure form. We are carved out of the same wood, since we are individual, eternal, knowledgeable, enchanted loving souls (Sat-Cit-Ananda-Vigraha). "Aham Brahmasmi Sat Sit Ananda Vigraha" (Aham = I Am, Brahmasmi = Spirituell, Sat = Eternal, Cit = Knowledgeable, Ananda = Enchanted, Vigraha = Individual) Again, the same verse from the Isopanishad: "Om Purnam Adah Purnam idam ... That is whole. This is whole. From the whole, the whole manifests that it’s all parts are whole. If the whole disappears, it leaves the whole behind." The souls i.e., we, our eternal innermost being, are at also satvisch. And sattvic means love. That is our real nature. In theistic Hinduism (from the teachers: Ramanuja-Acarya, Madhava Acarya, etc.) this individualityi.e.this loving relationship is considered to be eternal (but sometimes referred to as covered).
In position 2 we have vertically the eternal good (God, Isvara - and the liberated eternal souls, Jiva-Atma) above the temporary evil. Shiva is the expansion of Vishnu in his "work pants" and responsible for the Tama-Guna in the material world. This now points to an important duality: It is the duality of violence and non-violence, or better expressed and more precisely, the duality of avoidance of unnecessary violence and the practice of unnecessary violence. Positively expressed would that be: All-embracing love, or lack of love.
Position 3 with the dualities ...
We are like walking antennas! We can receive and send different energies; either positive uplifting energies, or negative, depressing and destructive energies. As explained on the graphic above, there are two energy sources that influence us: the one charging our battery and the other is discharging. The consequences of the discharged battery are: illusions, fatigue, exhaustion, nervousness, anger, addictions, anxiety and illness.
The spiritual soul is totally different from the material body, and we really have nothing to do with matter at all. In a sense we can not even turn our little finger, but only the desire to have him turn, and God (para-atma) is turning it for us in a way that the fulfilment of our desires create the perfect illusion of the actor. And so it behaves in our subtle bodies, with our thoughts. Yoga means to connect with the good thoughts source, but that also means to separate from the bad thoughts sources.
And we are being forced into the corner of idiocy from where we cannot see the bigger picture and embrace the important values of human life.
This age of overflowing information, superficiality and loss of values is named "the age of the feuilleton" in Hermann Hesse's novel The Glass Bead Game.
"... the age feuilleton; one age of the uncertainty and falsity of the spirit, however soon we will overcome it and turn back towards meditation on the good tradition of intellectual and mental breed and on the care and reverence for the eternal values of the human life." (page 21, Suhrkamp paperback 79)
PremYoga is an integral spiritual process. We integrate all our daily activities into it and raise them to a sattvic level (Sattvic: see the chapter above).
"Try to find the good, because good is always there somewhere!"

and the Path of Liberation

To assume the right connection
What does it take for the power absorption with the divine healing power?
It needs the right connection ie the correct reception.
To describe that more precisely, we take an example from the technology: The satellite dish ...
By a satellite dish it is crucial: 1. The shape of the satellite dish (preferably parabolic). 2. The size of the satellite dish, and 3. The orientation of the satellite dish.
That means for us:
1. body posture, 2. confidence, 3. inner attitude
Single or double crossing of the body is also in the body language a reserved or negative sign of criticism, ie the opposite of an open welcoming - finger mudra for alertness

3. The orientation of the satellite dish reflects the inner attitude, because only with the right psychological attitude, we can set us right on the healing power, and a little theory is helpful, which follows on this page (although the theory only is not enough yet).
There are worldviews that are more receptive to the healing power and those who are less so.
Once a Hindu Guru said: "The good is like dry shit and the bad is like wet shit - one stinks more than the other, but in the end they are both like shit!"
There is a name for this worldview: Nihilism. The term nihilism (Latin nihil - "nothing") commonly referred to the negation of all existence, knowledge, value systems and social order. Nihilism means the negation of all positive and negative approaches.
A famous healer named Bruno Groening makes an interesting antithesis: "God is good, from God comes only good and the good comes only from God." And then we only can quote Paracelsus: "He who heals is right!" (and Groening has healed thousands).
A Hare Krishna, who runs an ashram in Ticino (southern Switzerland) once said: "If one prefers the state of the physical integrity (health) in the least as an advantage over the state of the disease, then already he is doing a projection in to the outer world of duality and that is actually painful."
If you hear something like that, then you ask yourself: Is his
aspired stepping out of the illusion not a psychological healing as well? (A spiritually healing it can not be, for the spiritual and eternal is good by definition.)
There are of course other types of illusions. A gothic man (powdered white and black dressed) once said: "That which you think is good is in truth bad, and what do you think is good is in truth bad!"
We see that the path out of the material duality can be misunderstood ...
The world-view of material duality:
cold - hot
feminine - masculine
beautiful- ugly
attractive - disturbing
enjoyment - pain
gain - loss
day - night
summer -. winter
black - white
etc. etc.
(All this, of course, with the corresponding gray areas ...)
The dualities of the material world are not so easy to understand, but complex. There are different types of dualities, for example those where we can evaluate and those in which we better do not evaluate: the avoidance of unnecessary violence is certainly better than the practice of unnecessary violence. Good, healthy food is better than unhealthy and unpalatable. But is a man better than a woman or vice versa? Is the North Pole better than the South Pole? Do we have to differ in this respect between duality and polarity (duality of Latin dualis = duality for a intransigent opposition, polarity versus a relationship to each other conditional variables)? Or are there even dualities that we should cherish and others have to let go?
So how do we get from the material duality?
What is this eternal reality beyond duality? It is the indivi-duality, literally, "the non-divisible" (formed from Latin dividere, "share", and the syllable in- as denial). Not only are the relative has individuality, but also the Absolute has individuality. Since individuality means consciousness and free will, has God a will as well. The only reason why we can pray: "Thy will be done" How can we be individually and simultaneously one with the Absolute individuality? Only in the consciousness of love. The word love is for many a little sentimental and it was also often (eg by the mass media) used incorrectly.
We need clear directions on this path and therefore a precise determination of the starting point and destination point. The online time tables and route planner on the internet, demand this as well, otherwise they can not perform its task.
The philosophical determination of our position is a timeless question. The Indians have already worked for thousands of years with these issues and it is worth to see what solutions are there from them (for example, in the age-old Bhagavad Gita and the Puranas which are thousands of years old):
There are two paths out of the material duality:
1 ... 2 ... 3 ... if the path from 2 directly to the left to 1 does not work ... then we try something new and go first to the right and go to 3 and from there we have a look ...
Yoga - Psychology: The matrix of the three basic psychological factors:
See the yellow background color: The spiritualist is a positivist and not a nihilist (explanation follows).

Symbol to the left: The goal and center of Mayavad (Everything is Maya / illusion)
is the nothingness (nihilism), or the darkness ... versus:
Symbols on the right: The all pervading good is the characteristics
of God and the soul (beneath its cover - more on this in Chapter Prem)
In Yoga-Psychology, this path is towards the three Gunas and here we explore the characteristics of God, of God's healing power and the characteristics of the material world. Only if we know both ways (to the left and right), we gain a holistic understanding of oneness and diversity (acintya bheda-abheda-tattva) -
Same, same but different!
We hear this all over South-East-Asia, especially in Cambodia where we even find lodges with this name: "We are same like the others in price, quality and so on - but still ... we are different. " This is actually the very old and deep philosophy and it is also the foundation of universal all-embracing love.

(Trinity - A vision bybrother Niklaus von Flüe)
But now back to the topic three Gunas ...
The three Gunas: The universal, timeless and natural scale of ethics
Four individual souls (Jiva-Atmas), which have obtained various temporary stages of consciousness
in the matrix of the three Gunas (Sat = eternal, Cit = knowledge, Ananda = happiness)
The ancient Indian Sanskrit literature describes that from the eternal spiritual abode flows pure love and pure good in the temporary material world
and it mixes here with the alternative, i.e. the evil and destructive. This mixture creates this world of temporary, material illusion.
If we cut off this illusionary mixing and connect us with the good, this is the real meaning of the word religion or yoga, and it leads to our awakening from the illusion and relativity. (Lat: religare reconnect =, as well as Yoga = yoke, in German: Joch, as in Jungfraujoch).
For that the
Vers 12.8.46 out of the Bhagavatam Purana:
"The place of fearlessness and spiritual happiness can be reached by pure virtue (Sattvam = Divine healing energy). The yogi of devotional love considers this mode to be a direct manifestation of the personal Divine, but they never consider "Raja-Guna" (exploitive passion) or "Tama-Guna" (destructive ignorance) to be Your direct energies but to be a material, indirect manifestation of the Divine."
The application of this philosophy of the three Gunas should be possible for every person, regardless of his or her cultural or religious background, since the three Gunas have their origin in the three modes (or phases) of material nature:
Formation, existence and decay ...
All material objects around us go through these three phases:
formation or creating (Raja-Guna = red)
existence or maintaining (Sattva-Guna = yellow)
decay or destroying (Tama-Guna = blue)
The Spektrum of the natural, universal and timeless scale of ethics ranges from ...
(Out of Gita, Chapter 14-18 and the Bhagavad Purana 11.25.2–5)
... the positive Sattva-Guna: The maintening wisdom and goodnes ...
Existence, maintenance, health, truth, knowledge, peace, love, happiness, purity, cleanliness, beauty, aesthetics, light, illumination, charity, cheerfulness, equanimity, altruism, the greater ability to differentiate between things, control over the mind, control over the senses, control over the tongue, tolerance, patience, fulfilment of duty, love of truth, forgiveness, care, satisfaction (even in adverse situations), generosity, honesty, self-control, equilibrium, trust, feelings of responsibility, modesty and ease, non-complication, etc.
Positive knowledge and virtue is Sattva-Guna. Sattva stems from the root Sat (Sat, Cit, Ananda, see by Prem) = eternal. The pure, unmixed Sattva (next Sat, Cit, Ananda) ist the characteristics of God and the wood from which we, the spiritual souls, are carved. It raises the living being in its ethical evolution.
... to the Raja-Guna: Creative passion ...
Creation, material desires, collecting of wealth, exploiting passions, domination by physical impulses, lust, dissatisfaction (even with gain), false pride, augustness, vanity, self-glorification, restlessness, immodesty, control seeking, greed, envy, gross identification with status symbols, red Ferraris etc.
Raja Guna is a temporary, illusionary covering of the soul, which rises, if
regulated and used positively, to Sattva, and, if
unregulated degenerate to destructive Tama.
... and to the negative destructive Tama-Guna:
Destruction, anger, indignity, hatred, arrogance, aggressiveness, corruption, hypocrisy, idleness, evil, grief, megalomania, insanity, arduousness, disrespect, fear, apathy, blindness, ignorance, violence, betrayal, impurity, madness, darkness, destruction of the physical body through alcohol and drugs, damage to the environment through pollution, through war, violence and terrorism etc.
Tama-guna is a temporary, humiliating coverage of the soul which causes reactions of suffering and it can lead into the life-forms of animal and plant life.
Just as the three basic colours mix on the television screen
and form all kinds of images (whether they are beautiful or ugly, similarly the Gunas will change and vary the condition of the consciousness and the births of the living entities, since our thoughts influence our actions and our actions (Karma) influence our life-forms: "It's the human who influences its genes!"
Depending on how we associate with the Gunas they will influence our karmic radius of freedom from our gross and subtle bodies and our cycle of birth and death (Samsara).
All our activities are influenced to some degree by these three basic psychological conditions and so are the reactions of our actions, for example our gross and subtle bodies.
This mixture can be considered as something like a subtle DNA code, because it is always temporary, and therefore different from the eternal nature of the soul.
However we see: The modes of the three Gunas are not created by an ethic professor or by evolution and cannot be manipulated by a politician or journalist; they are eternal!
This natural range of ethics is universal and timeless and of crucial importance to understand our patterns of behavior in this material world, in this universe - which we should consider as a training ground for the conditioned souls to learn ethical evolution, the right use of free will, spiritual all-embracing love and everything what comes with it ...
The three Gunas (T, R & S) have an impact on our entire social behavior and everything we work at and produce, for example, the music: for example, Heavy metal (T), Pop (R) or J.S. Bach (S), Art (degradating, agitating or elevating), fashion (dirty, sexy or beautiful), literature, etc.
Everything can be categorised according to the three Gunas, even the food we cook and eat ...

Food sorted according to the Gunas
In this way, we are able also to categorise the occupations of the people according to the three Gunas.
Let's start with Sattva-Guna. Education professionals such as doctors, teachers, academics and writers, etc. are included. The Raja-occupations include Wall Street brokers with red Ferraris, bankers and managers, etc. So do all the professions, where it is very hectic for big profits. Tamasic professions such as warrior, mercenaries, drug dealers, butchers, etc. and have a destructive potential.
But that does not mean that an educated teacher or academic necessarily must be a person in a virtuous, sattvic lifestyle.
We recognize that, among so-called scientists working on destructive weapons of mass destruction or working on GM field trials is pure intellectual corruption.
And vice versa a doctor doing surgery or the violence of a policeman (if really used for maintaining peace) can be classified Sattvic. What ultimately counts is the next to the act, the consciousness of the actor.
The ancient Indian philosophy of the three Gunas is an important part in yoga psychology. It reveals how we are guiding ourselves on this natural and timeless scale of ethics towards spiritually; because spiritual progress must include ethical evolution ...
If we understand in the now, i.e. with our present human life form the distinction between the eternal soul (life force) and the material body (see also the previous chapter: Prem), then the realization grows in us, that our real self is a connection to an infinite large power source available.
The ancient Indian literature describes that we can expand our karmic radius of freedom, realisation and love until we will get off completely and forever out of the illusion of the cycle of birth and death and be free from the identification with all these mortal bodies, and that we will be fully situated in a spiritual world without fear (Vaikuntha) may (Vai = without, Kuntha = fear – see the chapter Karma: Karma and the radius of free will).
The term "spiritual disease" is thus a contradiction in terms, since the spiritual soul by definition is eternal, ie healthy. "Spiritual Healing", means to cleanse the soul of their material coverings, ie to heal the material and subtle bodies to such an extent that we can recognize ourselves in the mirror of our mind; how and what we really are.
When someone claims that "the problem is inside of you" or says: "You're sick!", then we have to dismiss this straight away: "I don't accept this diagnosis! That does not belong to me! The problems are different and outside of me, they are temporary and changeable, and I may, when I will, heal them and let them go with the strength of spirituality ...
Yoga - Methodology - Healing on the Spiritual Path
The Guna-triangle from the spiritual perspective is as follows:
Among the icons: If you have problems with the gods, then look at these Hindu gods first as the icons on your computer desktop, and Hinduism as an image-rich comic or cartoon-religion.
According to the ancient Indian philosophy of the Brahma-Madhava-Gaudia-Sampradaya is the original form of Radha-Krishna (in the golden Lotus) absolutely and always all-good and non-violent (visuddha-sattva). Even Baby-Krishna who kills demons is an expansion of Vishnu who is an expansion of the original form of Krishna. Radha and Krishna are considered the divine lovers of the Hindu religion and play an important role in Indian art and spirituality. Radha is in accordance with Indian Sanskrit texts, the personification of love and mercy and eternal companion of Krishna (the all-attractive).
For this, the next verse from the Upanishads, (Isopanishad first mantra):
"Om purnam adah purnam idam purnat purnam udacyte purnasya adaya purnam evavasisyate" (In the Upanishads, Isopanishad first Mantra) - The Absolute is perfect and complete, Since we have the ability of loving exchange, then the Absolute must also have the ability of loving exchange otherwise something would be missing in the Absolute.
That means the Absolute must have an interactive personal Aspect next to its impersonal Aspect and we consider this loving personal Aspect as "higher" since it is very attractive and easier approachable and helps us to get out from the cycle of births and deaths and broadcasts the divine healing power; we can receive it with our free will, but can not demand it.
But what is our position and environment from which we can raise ourselves?
The six dualities in the Trinity:
A triangle has three sides and you can rotate (and flip) it - and on each side, on which it stands, it has two dualities:
A vertical and a horizontal - that gives us a total of six dualities and the corresponding
philosophical conclusions of our position and environment and the properties of the path and the goal:
(This geometric, multi-dimensional way has btw been taken by Burkhard Heim in physics. His impressive theories, although for a lay they are extremely complicated, basically describe the four known forces of nature in the world of geometric effects in an up to 12 -dimensional space.)
Position 1 with the two dualities ...
- Horizontal duality: The emergence / creation (left) and the offense / destruction (right)
- Vertical duality: the duality of material (below) and transcendental to the eternal good (top)

Position 2 with the two dualities ...
- Horizontal duality: The eternal individuality of the soul / Jiva-Atma represented by Raja-Guna Avatar Brahma (right)
in an exchange with God, the source of all good (left)
- Vertikal duality: The eternal spiritual (above) and the material, temporary (below)

If we now recognize that the Guna-Avatar Brahma is one of us, then we come to the position of Guna-triangle that has for our healing process a practical value:
Rotation of the Guna-triangle related to our current material perspective / situation:
- Horizontal duality: The Divine (left) and the demoniac (right)
- Vertical duality: The influence (top) and the influenced (below)

This position of the triangle symbolizes our position as conditioned beings, which can act out the passionate energy either sattvic or tamasic, ie we humans can rise or humiliate us. According as we are moving in the one direction or another, we increase or decrease our karmic freedom, intelligence and love radius ...
In other words, with our subtle body, with our material intellect, we can not think, but only receive thoughts and with our more or less free will we can select the transmitter. If we have positive, uplifting thoughts, they come from the divine Sattva-transmitter and the karmic radius of freedom will prosper. If thoughts humiliate us, they come from the Tama-station and fear, greed or anger takes our clear view.
All that we need to do is set the right sattvic channel with determination. If we let go the negative influences i.e. the wrong destructive channel, then we can get in the divine healing power. With the Sattva-station we can and should identify ourselves, for pure Sattva, is the wood out of that is carved the soul! (Sat Cit Ananda Vigraha "... see the first chapter in Prem).
The yoga teachings explain how we are able to get new spiritual energy and to get the correct connection (tuning - Einstellen) to the power source, in order to recharge our batteries and recover from any shortage or negative energy source.
If we apply this technique to ourself as well as to others, then all the aggression, guilt, etc. become powerless:
For example, if a so called "bad person" approaches a yogi, then the yogi separates in his mind the evil and the person. The person as soul is always good and evil is only a temporary low energy, which currently shines through it.
Jesus said ones: "Hate the sin and not the sinner!" The sinner has actually, by his eternal spiritual nature, nothing to do with the sinful coverings. That is the positive view which opens the space for the divine healing power. For sattvic people (Yogis) the glass is always half full and never half empty, because they focus on the Divine in the Guna mixture and reject the negative Tama easily, because they knows this is the exact purpose (Dharma) of his existence.

Today we are being by the mass media constantly fed by an overflow of mostly negative information which is driving us towards superficiality and even to a loss of values.

Pay attention to your world view, because it shapes your information sources
Pay attention to your information sources, because they influence your thoughts
Pay attention to your thoughts, because they influence your words
Pay attention to your words, because they shape your actions
Pay attention to your actions, for they shape your habits
Pay attention to your habits, for they shape your character
Pay attention to your character, because it shapes your next body
So, discharging the sources of negative thoughts is the first step, then we see that the human body is constantly (!!!) surrounded by healing waves which only have to be absorbed. To this end, the belief in goodness is a prerequisite as necessary as the will for health. Thoughts about illness and personal problems have an inhibiting effect, while thoughts about something pleasant - spiritual are beneficial. As the healing stream flows through the body it makes contact with the sick organ or the sick psychological defects and begins its purification effect.
Since illness as such is not the will of God, it will gradually be removed. In some cases this can be spontaneous.
With the strength of faith there is no disease incurable.
For this reason, it is essential that we do not continue to meditate on the illness, but rather focuses on the healing power. Worries and fears just a product of our subtle body - that is something material that does not belong to us and we can give away. If we hold on to it, we block the reception of the divine healing power. This path of healing is not due to spirits or hypnosis, but it is based on free will and a loving interaction with the divine consciousness, the personal aspect of the Absolute.
With the strength of faith Shraddha is meant (see the chapter Shraddha). Sanskrit-term Shraddha is translated with faith, trust, certainty of confidence. This is not just a holding for true of certain religious beliefs or dogma (if translations speak of faith or belief etc.). Rather, in the Sanskrit language, the importance of eternal inner certainty is included, which is a revelation in contact with the power of God from within.
Here are examples of people with a strong

Yoga in our daily life (mantras, prayer, cooking, and sexuality)
The power of the spirituality is higher than matter. If multiple people sit together and focus mentally for the healing of a person, then the collective force can spontaneous heal or other miracles. The collective tuning in to music leads to synchronize the brain waves and the individuals can join together to form a joint force field to harmonize the collective mind and focus and energy.
This jointly produced force field is then also an important experience for the individual, which has the positive alignment of the idea of a force. This is an experience that can be experienced by the individual when they meditate alone.
It leads to a constant attentiveness toward the presence of the Divine healing power, which is then felt in the "ordinary everyday situations" - in this way they lose ordinariness. Mindfulness, in the now-and-in the-moment-living is this meditative experience the yogis and saints in all cultures have always been searching for. The correct observation of the body is one of the keys to success, whatever form of meditation or prayer is practiced.
A light-hearted (Sattvic) state of mind is the key to healing. If you understand the psychological umbrella term sattva, then we can understand the psychological nature of God and the frequency at which the healing stream is sent little better. The word "God" has its root in the word "good", namely the eternal good. All attributes that we have ascribed at the beginning of this Yoga-chapter to Sattva, we can also applay to the personal aspect of the Absolute, and, since we are cut from the same timber, also to ourselves, to the nature of the soul.
If we can connect to the pure, original Sattva, then Raja and Tama-Guna ie passion, greed, envy, disease and ignorance have to disappear and then there is no more impossible and no incurable because Visuddha-sattva means "the pure and unmixed Sattva". This is the awakening potential property of the Divine in us. The whole life becomes so a meditation.
For example when we cook then we meditate by cooking. If we cook on the level of Sattva (if possible vegetarian) we cook for the supreme consciousness and try our best on that. Even when we cook simple meals we try to do it with our best consciousness and, before we eat and enjoy it, we do offer it to the supreme consciousness. One of the important reasons to be a vegetarian is the desire to be non-violent, i.e. to avoid unnecessary violence, because the eternal good (God) is non-violent in its own original form.
This principal of highest possible non-violence should be extended to sexuality as well. Lots of energy is getting wasted in our days by destructive or inharmonious sexual relationships, we have to take care about that first ... let’s talk here for a moment on this subject. As mentioned in Chapter Prem, we find all the good pleasures of this world as well in the Absolute, but in its pure form (Visuddha-

In theistic Hinduism the female and the male are aspects of the Absolute, and this duality is NOT considered to be a materiel illusion. However, here the material world we sometimes meet repulsion. When magnets +pole and +plus pole (or –) face each other then we have repulsion. When + and – face each other then we have very strong union. The problem among human magnets is that nowdays there is a lot of mixture and confusion of + and –. Since many people are now blocked by this confusion in their spiritual development, we should practice in a crisis-ridden, or discordant relationship endangered the method of alternating listen. In this way we separate the mixture of Purusha and Prakriti. So we separate these two clearly by the clear decision who speaks and who is listening and so we alternate those roles in the beginning even on a daily basis. This rule will case conflicts and make the partners better understand each other, since the person in the temporary speaker role has in a relaxed way the better capability to communicate his emotions and express ideas etc. The free will is here then as well, as everywhere in the universe, the ultimate principle.
An Indian saying goes: The woman is the interior minister in the family and the husband of Minister of Foreign Affairs. But we should only bring children in this world, if we are sure that we can liberate them from the cycle of birth and death. With this kind of education, we may first introduce a number of adults into spirituality so that the quota matches. At best we may start to look at ourselves and learn how to connect our psyche with the divinity ...
Mantra meditation, the concentrated recitation of prayers and intercessions, can help us to rise spiritual above the negativity and to focus in the divine goodness. The word Mantra is derived of Man (mind or psyche) and Tra (liberation). Mantras are including philosophical core sentences of wisdom, and their chanting strengthens its importance in the mental body. The focus on this mantra can help us to overcome fear, false concepts, inhibitions, and bad habits. Of course by the ritual mantra meditation there is also the risk that all the responsibility will be deported on the Mantra. So practically, "the mantra will do everything" – this will lead to mechanised process and spirituality can become a farce especially when one has to fulfill vows or to complete a quota.
The Mantra is to be understood as a vehicle, in which we can move, or we just sit and not move at all. And then a mechanized mantra meditation degenerates to self-deception, the negative thoughts, behavior and mental corruption alibi like covers and even carelessness can be trained on like this. It also helps to create mantras in our own language, as by personal prayer, the risk of mechanization and institutionalization of spirituality, is in this way less likely. The mantra meditation is thus a development potential which will be optimized with appropriate guidance.
